Primary Responsibilities:

Identity & Access Management

Manage onboarding, offboarding, access changes, and role-based permissions across core systems
Administer Okta (SSO, MFA, provisioning, groups, integrations)
Maintain secure access across business-critical SaaS platforms

Endpoint & Device Management

Provision and support macOS/Windows devices across distributed teams
Manage MDM tools (Kandji, Intune, Apple Business Manager) for deployment, patching, and compliance
Troubleshoot device, application, VPN, and access issues

SaaS Administration & IT Operations

Administer Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian, Salesforce, GitHub, and related tools
Manage licenses, permissions, security settings, and process improvements
Provide escalated IT support, ticketing oversight, asset management, and vendor coordination

Security & Compliance

Support SOC 2, NIST, and CIS-aligned IT controls
Assist with endpoint security, access reviews, audit readiness, and incident response

Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years in IT administration, systems administration, or internal IT operations
Strong Okta, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365 administration. Okta Workflows, SCIM/SAML/OIDC/LDAP preferred
Experience with SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, and SaaS administration
macOS/Windows support, MDM tools, and device deployment
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and process improvement skills

Preferred Skills:

Scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
Kandji, Jamf, Intune, CrowdStrike
Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
SOC 2 / NIST / CIS experience
