The Opportunity:
We’re seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial Director of Partner Sales to drive Lovelytics’ next phase of growth. This senior leader will build and scale our partner ecosystem across Databricks, cloud hyperscalers, and ISVs. You’ll blend strategic partner development with a operations and sales mentality with the passion of a brand evangelist — all to position Lovelytics as the Databricks partner of choice for our customers and on Azure, AWS, and GCP.
What You’ll Do:
Enterprise Sales via Alliances
- Own and exceed a partner-sourced MBO focused accelerating the operational excellence of our partnerships and on net-new large enterprise accounts.
- Drive co-selling motions with hyperscaler field teams to source, progress, and close multi-million-dollar data and AI consulting engagements built on Databricks.
- Leverage partner programs and funding (MDF, Accelerate, ECIF, MAP, co-sell incentives) to accelerate deal velocity and improve win rates.
Databricks & Cloud Relationship Expansion
- Develop deep, trusted relationships with cloud partner account managers to align on target accounts and joint sales strategies.
- Own and run the operational cadence/excellence of the partnerships- use case tracking, funding process, development and growth metrics
- Be the face of Lovelytics in the field with Databricks, AWS, Azure, and GCP sellers, driving credibility as the partner they bring into competitive, high-value opportunities. - Activate joint GTM plays for Databricks and cloud initiatives, including industry-specific solutions, migration programs, and GenAI/ML workload
Who You Are:
- A senior-level sales and alliances leader with 10+ years of experience in cloud/data/ISV ecosystem consulting — Databricks experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding partner-sourced sales MBOs.
- Experienced in developing partner programs, securing partner funding, and executing joint go-to-market motions with major cloud providers.
- A relationship builder with strong executive presence — equally comfortable influencing C-level partners and inspiring internal teams.
- Proven track record of handling multiple partners and partner programs across worldwide geographies and time zones.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- A willingness to travel (approximately 25%)
